Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use VoisLabs ("the Service"), we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and display name (Google sign-in), or phone number (Phone OTP sign-in).
• Usage data: text submitted for speech generation, voice selections, and generation history.
• Technical data: browser or app version, device model, OS version, and IP address (used only for fraud prevention and rate limiting).
• Analytics events: aggregated app events (sign-in, generation, paywall view, purchase) collected via PostHog. The text content of your scripts is never sent to analytics.
• Crash logs: crash stack traces and performance traces collected via Sentry — used only to fix bugs.
• Payment information: processed by Razorpay. We store the pack ID, amount, and timestamp; Razorpay handles card / UPI / wallet details. We never receive payment instrument data.
• The mobile app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location, photos, calendar, or messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the text-to-speech service.
• To process your requests and generate audio content.
• To improve our AI voice models and service quality.
• To communicate with you about updates and support.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Generated audio files are stored temporarily and may be automatically deleted after 30 days for free-tier users. Pro users have extended retention. Text input is not stored after audio generation is complete, unless you explicitly save it to your history.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for voice synthesis (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs), cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), authentication (Firebase), and analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time:

• Mobile app: Profile → Delete account.
• Web: visit voislabs.com/delete-account while signed in.
• Email: pooja@voislabs.com — we respond within 7 days.

Deletion is permanent and removes account, credits, audio history, and email subscriptions.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how the service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
