When you use VoisLabs ("the Service"), we may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and display name when you create an account.
• Usage data: text submitted for speech generation, voice selections, and generation history.
• Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies for analytics and service improvement.
• Payment information: processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the text-to-speech service.
• To process your requests and generate audio content.
• To improve our AI voice models and service quality.
• To communicate with you about updates and support.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Generated audio files are stored temporarily and may be automatically deleted after 30 days for free-tier users. Pro users have extended retention. Text input is not stored after audio generation is complete, unless you explicitly save it to your history.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for voice synthesis (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs), cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), authentication (Firebase), and analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request data export or account deletion by contacting us at support@voislabs.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how the service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
