Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoisLabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoisLabs provides an AI-powered text-to-speech platform that converts text into natural-sounding audio in multiple Indian languages. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without an account. For full functionality, you may create an account using email or social sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service — including the text you submit and the audio you generate — to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses minors, or constitutes child sexual abuse material. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or created for the purpose of sexual gratification.
• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Promotes hatred or harassment, or bullies, intimidates, abuses, or threatens any individual or group.
• Incites, facilitates, or glorifies violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or self-harm.
• Is illegal, or facilitates illegal or dangerous goods, services, or activities.
• Impersonates a real individual without consent, or creates deepfake or synthetic audio intended to deceive or defraud.
• Constitutes spam, phishing, malware, or fraud, or violates the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others.
• Circumvents, disables, or attempts to evade our safety filters, content moderation, rate limits, usage restrictions, or other security measures.
• Resells or redistributes generated audio as a competing TTS service.

VoisLabs is built on a combination of in-house and third-party AI models. Your use of the Service is additionally subject to the acceptable-use and prohibited-use policies of our third-party AI providers, which prohibit, among other things, generating illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund, and our acceptable-use determinations are final.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit. Audio generated through the Service is licensed to you for personal and commercial use (Pro tier). The underlying AI models, software, and branding remain the property of VoisLabs.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not exceeded the free-tier equivalent usage. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
